Thank you for choosing Ezy PDF (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using our application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

1. Service Description

Ezy PDF is a professional PDF management tool that provides services including but not limited to PDF editing, merging, splitting. Certain premium features require a paid subscription.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

2.1. Subscription Plans:

• Weekly Subscription: $3.99 USD

• Monthly Subscription: $12.99 USD

• Annual Subscription: $39.99 USD

(Prices may vary based on your region and app store policies, and will be clearly displayed before purchase.)

2.2. Automatic Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account within 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You may manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through your iTunes Account Settings

2.3. Refund Policy:

All payments are processed by Apple Inc., and any refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their standard refund process. We cannot process refund requests directly.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. The App, including all content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3.3. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) use the App for any illegal purpose; or (d) bypass any security features or access restrictions.

4. User Content and Data

4.1. The App processes files locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or access your file content.

4.2. You are solely responsible for: (a) backing up your files and data; and (b) ensuring you have appropriate rights to any content you process using the App.

4.3. We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during use of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Miscellaneous
